Is any investment required to work with your company?
This is one of the most common questions we receive. KOMINO Solutions does not require any investment from its members, either initially or at any stage later on. The only potential startup expense may involve registering your business entity, such as an LLC or S-Corporation, which typically costs between $50 and $250 depending on your state. Existing LLCs or S-Corporations may also be used.
How many hours per day are required to work with KOMINO Solutions?
Most of our members dedicate approximately 1-2 hours per day, excluding weekends. Workload may increase slightly toward the end of the week due to reporting requirements; however, on average, members complete their responsibilities within about one hour per day. Tasks can be performed outside standard business hours, allowing flexibility for individuals with full-time or part-time employment.
Is this a job or a business opportunity?
It can be considered both. We describe it as a business opportunity with stable income. Once your online store is operational, you receive weekly payouts based on a percentage of your store’s sales performance.
How much income can I expect working with KOMINO Solutions?
Income potential is based on overall sales volume. Most online stores generate between $40,000 and $100,000 in monthly sales. On average, members earn between $2,000 and $5,000 per month per store, with weekly payouts. Many members manage two or three stores simultaneously, significantly increasing their earning potential.
How many stores can a member operate at the same time?
Generally, we recommend managing up to three stores, as operating additional stores can become time-intensive. However, members interested in expanding beyond this limit may discuss additional opportunities with their Business Adviser.
Who is a Business Adviser, and what is their role?
Our Business Advisers are experienced professionals in e-commerce and online business management. Once your initial application is approved, you will be assigned an adviser who will guide you through the onboarding process, help develop your business strategy, and assist in selecting the products or services best suited for your store. Advisers also provide support with business formation, obtaining a Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), opening a business bank account, and related setup procedures.
I have no experience in online business. Will I need to build my own website?
No. Developing a professional e-commerce website is a complex and time-consuming process. KOMINO Solutions has a dedicated web development team that creates and manages websites for our members at no cost. This includes both the website and domain name. Most websites are completed within 2-3 weeks after getting started with KOMINO Solutions.
What are my responsibilities as a KOMINO Solutions member?
Your primary responsibilities include maintaining and managing your online store. This may involve writing product descriptions, creating product reviews, preparing daily reports related to sales, returns, and refunds, monitoring bank account activity, and handling basic bookkeeping and financial reporting. These tasks generally require approximately 1-2 hours per day.
What types of products or services will I be selling?
Our network of vendors and suppliers offers a wide range of products and services. Based on our experience, we typically recommend starting with simpler product categories such as gifts or beauty products. As you gain experience in store management and marketing, you may choose to expand into more advanced categories, including digital delivery services.
Will I need to manage my own marketing efforts to promote my store(s)?
No. Effective marketing requires specialized training and experience. Independent marketing efforts may interfere with the established strategy designed for your store. By following the guidance and assignments provided by your Business Adviser, you help ensure the continued success and consistency of all marketing campaigns.
Am I responsible for filing and paying taxes?
Yes. As the owner of a legitimate business, you are responsible for maintaining accurate bookkeeping records and ensuring all tax filings are completed on time. This includes keeping your business registrations current and complying with all applicable state and federal reporting requirements.
It is important to note that taxes are generally paid only on your net income, not on the total sales volume generated by your store. Our Business Advisers will provide guidance and assistance throughout the reporting process whenever needed.
